This notice explains how F3MD Marketing & Design (“F3MD”, “we”) uses personal information when you visit this website or contact us. We are based in Swindon, Wiltshire, United Kingdom, and are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

• When you email us: your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us, such as your business details.
• When you visit the site: our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages securely. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and talk about working together (legitimate interests, or steps before entering a contract).
• To provide services if you become a client (contract).
• To keep records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices (legal obligation).

We never sell your information. We will only send you marketing emails if you have asked to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run the business, such as our email and website hosting providers, under appropriate data protection terms. Some of these may process data outside the UK with suitable safeguards in place.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the work and for legal and tax purposes (usually six years).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Email hello@f3md.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
